Ideally designed for outdoor living the villa enjoys a large, covered terrace where guests can enjoy alfresco meals or simply relax with a morning coffee and enjoy the views. The 2-level property is built into a hillside, with your accommodation on the upper level. You can soak up the most beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and rich olive groves from the rental's second-floor location. There is also outside seating and a BBQ area in the surrounding garden.
Inside, the property benefits from a cool, terracotta tiled floor fitted throughout, exposed wooden ceilings and a large picture window that makes the most of the views. The spacious, open-plan living area is furnished with three sofas, a large flat-screen TV, a breakfast table with four chairs room, and a fireplace and incorporates a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, cooker hob, microwave and refrigerator.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: All the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

The accommodation is situated in the southeast of Sicily, between the small coastal village of Donnalucata and Scicli, the pearl of Sicilian baroque, both an 8-minute drive from the accommodation, in the province of Ragusa. The area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch along the coastline, clear blue waters and the surrounding countryside is characterized by rolling hills and fertile valleys. Olive groves, vineyards and almond orchards dot the landscape, offering scenic vistas and a chance to connect with nature.
This is a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Baroque architecture. Must-visit destinations for history and culture enthusiasts are the nearby towns of Modica (a 23-minute drive), Ragusa Ibla (a 35-minute drive), Noto (a 60-minute drive) and Scicli, with its shopping district, stunning palaces and churches (a 10-minute drive).
The Natural Reserve of Vendicari is a 70-minute drive away, and for golf enthusiasts, there is a course near Donnafugata (a 30-minute drive). The closest airports to the accommodation are Comiso Airport, approximately a 45-minute drive away, and Catania, about a 1 hour and half hour drive.
