Location
The property is located in Qawra on the northeastern coast of Malta, close to Perched Beach in Buġibba, the National Aquarium, (both a 10-minute walk) and a 3-minute walk to Ix-Xtajta tal-Qawra on Salina Bay.
For history enthusiasts, the imposing Bugibba Battery is a 20-minute walk away and offers a glimpse into Malta's military past and a short drive (approximately 15 minutes) will take you to the ancient Megalithic Temples of Malta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the historic city of Mdina.
The area is a popular tourist resort with bars, clubs and restaurants. The town is also home to many water sports including, kayaking, snorkelling and diving. Visitors can also enjoy banana boat rides, speed boats and jet ski rides.
Malta's typical Mediterranean climate is sunny with an average daily sunshine of five to six hours in mid-winter and 12 hours in summer, with over 300 days of sunshine and warm weather. Summers are hot, dry and very sunny. Its remarkably mild winters and intense blue skies make it an ideal place for long walks in the lush, green countryside.
