The region around Tinj is known for its wine production, with vineyards dotting the countryside. Visitors can visit the Agricultural cooperative Mašvina (a 4-minute drive away) to sample the local olive oil and wine. Biograd is known for its beautiful beaches, rich history and maritime culture. The town attracts sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts with its crystal-clear waters, sandy shores and amenities including beach bars and water sports rentals. Popular beaches include Drazica Beach (a 16-minute drive) and Bosana Beach (a 14-minute drive). Biograd is also an excellent starting point for exploring nearby islands including Pasman, Ugljan, and Dugi Otok. Boat excursions and ferry services can be found at the Marina which is a 15-minute drive away. The closest airport to the accommodation is Zadar Airport (ZAD) a 26-minute drive away.
